A major renovation reimagining this Central Saanich home as a Mediterranean villa. New entrance, spiral staircase, expanded kitchen, summer living room that blurs the line between inside and out.

The design brings old-world warmth—textured plaster, natural stone, traditional tiles, warm woods—into conversation with contemporary life. The site is extraordinary: 360-degree views, rolling landscape, light that changes with the seasons. The architecture responds to this, creating spaces that hold both the expansiveness of the views and the intimacy of shelter.
